Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal.
If an item doesn't work out for any reason, feel free to return it for a full product refund within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded. Also, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
The item must be in its original condition (lenses packaging 'boxes' unopened, unused and unmarked) and post-marked within 30-days of receipt to be eligible for a refund.
Please scan and email us the invoice that came with your item at email@example.com prior to you sending item(s) back, stating that you are returning the item. If we have not received your emailed invoice prior to returning your item(s), we will not be able to offer you a refund.
We suggest using a traceable method of shipping that will allow you to track your return. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept responsibility for returns that are misdirected, damaged, or lost in shipment.
We recommend that you return your items in a well packaged box with sufficient padding on the inside to ensure that the items are not damaged in transit. Padded envelopes are not an effective way to protect your return shipment. If you still have it, the box your order arrived in should be sufficient to make sure that your item(s) arrive back at our distribution center undamaged.
We process returns in the order we receive them: you will receive the refund within 30 days after it arrives back at our warehouse. We will send an email confirmation to the email address you sent the scanned invoice to us.
